Chris Burrell wanted a site to showcase and discuss his concept of Light Tech (low environmental impact, sustainable technology) Centres around Australia. VIVidWeb provided a customised design, including banner art, and designed the information architecture.
This is in principle a rather simple site, needing a fairly standard style hierarchy of information pages and a blog section for posting the Latest News relevant to sustainable technologies around Australia. Visual interest is maintained by having rotating pictures in the sidebar relevant to sustainable technology and environmental protection.
The template was also chosen for its attention to ensuring accessibility for disabled internet users, as its code adheres to all accessibility markup standards.
